Friars Dazzle at State Championships

WACO — The Bishop Lynch cheer team brought energy, precision, and spirit to Waco on Monday as they competed in the TAPPS State Championships. Their dynamic routines and standout individual performances earned the Friars a sixth-place overall finish—along with a collection of All-State honors and a Jump Finalist selection.

The Friars were led by Larkin Wall, who earned First Team All-State recognition. She was joined by Hannah Melson and Jordan Williams, who were both named Second Team All-State, while Ellie Goyne secured an Honorable Mention nod. Williams also shined in the skills portion of the event, earning a spot on the All-Star Jump Squad.
