Box Score DALLAS - The Friar volleyball team worked fast and early to sweep DasCHE last Friday night at home.
Bishop Lynch (9-10) entered the match on a two-game slide and got the much-needed victory 3-0; 25-18, 25-10, 28-26. The Friar offense was too much for DasCHE, with
Lyric Berry leading the way with 12 kills on a .611 hitting percentage.
Maddie Nolan and
Paloma Gonzalez also hit the ball well as they each got 9 and 7 kills, respectively.
Defensively the Friars were able to limit their errors. The team's serve receive rating was a 2.08, and overall, the team had 35 digs.
Cate Hatfield led the team in assistswith 18, and
Rachel Vlk added 9.
