DALLAS – Bishop Lynch secured its second consecutive series sweep with two victories over Legacy Christian last Friday at McIngvale Field. The Friars opened with a dominant 13-0 win, completing a no-hitter that began earlier in the week, and followed with an extra-inning walk-off to take the second game, 3-2.

Game 1: No-Hitter Completes Dominant Victory
The opener resumed from Tuesday's suspended game, where Will Heatly and Bryce Rapavi combined for a no-hitter. Heatly (5-0) was dominant over five hitless innings, striking out five without allowing a walk. Rapavi sealed the combined no-hitter with a scoreless sixth, recording one strikeout.

Senior Pete Mulligan powered the offense, going 2-for-3 with three runs, two RBIs, and a walk. Fellow seniors Tedy Orlando, Jake Rodriguez, and Sam Elrich combined for six hits in nine at-bats. Sophomore Elliot Brown delivered a crucial two-RBI single in the sixth, while Luke Sokolovic capped the scoring with his second home run of the season.

Game 2: Elrich Delivers Walk-Off in Extras
After allowing two early runs, Orlando settled in to throw 6 2/3 shutout innings with nine strikeouts. Sebastian Vasquez (2-1) earned the win in relief, tossing 1 1/3 innings of no-hit baseball.

Elrich played the hero, delivering an RBI single to center in the eighth to score Orlando for the 3-2 victory. He finished 1-for-3 with a walk. Sokolovic added a key pinch-hit RBI single in the fifth, scoring John Medaris to tie the game.
