DALLAS, TX -- The Bishop Lynch swim team hosted the BL Invitational against district rival John Paul II and former district opponent Bishop Dunne over the weekend at the KayCee Club. This year it was even more special as they were able to celebrate the seniors in the annual senior meet.
The women defeated JPII and BDHS while the men defeated the Falcons but lost to the Cardinals. The women's team finished first in 10 of the 11 events, including going second in seven.
The six seniors on the team continued to prove they are one of, if not the best class to ever come through Bishop Lynch. The six women combined to get eight wins and four runners-up in the meet on Saturday.
Amie Perna,
Abby Beeson, and PhoebeJohnson all finished first in all four of their races while
Hanna Whitney finished first in two and second in two.
